How do you know when your body is asking for a massage? 🤍

Sometimes it's obvious...
But sometimes the signs sneak up on us.

A few days ago I hinted that something new was coming to The Relaxation Station 🤍

Truthfully, I've been spending a lot of time behind the scenes thinking about what I want this business to be and how I can best support my clients.

The more I work with people, the more I realize wellness isn't just about one treatment.

It's stress.
It's recovery.
It's muscle tension.
It's burnout.
It's learning to slow down when life keeps telling you to speed up.

I'm taking my time with this next chapter because I want to build it the right way.
