WHAT IF REIKI IS SIMPLY FOR YOU? 🤍

I think sometimes when people hear Reiki Level I Certification, they automatically think it means they need to become a Reiki practitioner.

But it really doesn't.

You can learn Reiki simply for YOU. 🤍

To give Reiki to yourself. To become more aware of your own energy. To use it with your children, your partner, your family, your animals... or simply to have this beautiful practice that is yours.

And honestly, I feel like Reiki opens something up in you. ✨

It's hard to put into words, but when you begin working with energy, you start paying attention differently.

To your own energy.
To your body.
To your intuition.
To those little nudges.
To what you're feeling underneath all the noise.

It can become this beautiful way of coming back to yourself.

And you don't need to know anything about Reiki or energy healing before you begin.

You don't need to consider yourself intuitive.
You don't need to already be able to "feel" energy.
And you definitely don't need to know where Reiki is going to take you.

That's what Level I is for. It's the beginning. 🌿

We'll learn the foundations of Reiki together. You'll receive your Reiki Level I attunement, spend time actually practising giving and receiving Reiki, and begin learning how to work with Reiki for yourself and others.

You'll also receive the comprehensive Reiki Level I manual that Justin and I created together — and we put A LOT into this manual. 🤍 It's filled with teachings, information and practices that you can continue coming back to long after the course is over as you practise and deepen your connection with Reiki.

Maybe you'll eventually continue through the levels and become a practitioner.

Maybe you'll use Reiki with the people and animals you love.

Or maybe Reiki will simply become something you carry quietly for yourself.

There doesn't have to be an end goal.

Sometimes you're just curious.
Sometimes Reiki keeps showing up in front of you.
Sometimes you just have that little feeling inside saying...

"I think I want to explore this."

And sometimes that's enough. ✨

Access Bars is a gentle practice involving 32 specific points on the head associated with different areas of life.

Many people experience Bars as a gentle reset for the mind — an opportunity to quiet the mental chatter, deeply relax, create more spaciousness, and step away from the thoughts and patterns that can leave us feeling overloaded or stuck.

I've created my Bars sessions as a complete restorative experience, weaving together oracle guidance, the quiet stillness of Bars, and gentle sound and frequency work to open and close your session.

Sound can be a beautiful way to move out of the thinking mind and into a deeper state of rest.

Your private experience begins with guided meditation before you're immersed in the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowl, drum, chimes, and other instruments.

Sound meditation is often used to support relaxation, stress reduction, grounding, and a greater sense of balance and connection.

There is nothing you need to do — simply get comfortable, close your eyes, and receive. ✨

Sometimes a space just feels heavy, stagnant, or in need of a fresh start.

Through an intentional combination of white sage, sweetgrass, Reiki, and sound, I move throughout your home or workspace with the intention of clearing stagnant energy and welcoming in a lighter, more balanced feeling.

Space clearing can be especially meaningful when moving into a new home, following a difficult or stressful period, after gatherings, during life transitions, or simply when you feel your space could use an energetic reset.

Pricing may vary depending on the size of the space and travel required.
