The best way to spend our last night and complete our trip. The weather was in our favour and we were able to have a beautiful grounding fire. The stars here are really magikal in this valley. Also was able to catch up one more time with my sister Katya Marchetti 🫶❤️

Kinsa Qocha, one of my most favourite places on this earth. The privilege of being able to come here again after 15 years has been music to my heart. And to share it with Randi & Chase has been the best medicine 🙂 🏔️
Ending the day off at Timotoe’s was the icing on the cake. I used to work for Tim 15 years ago at his Italian restaurant In Pisac when I lived here. There are some experiences that are difficult to put into words. Our time sitting with the medicine of Ayahuasca was one of them. 🌿
I haven’t sat with the Peruvian medicine in about 10 years and it was a beautiful homecoming.

I want to deeply honour the medicine, and especially Denise and Cesar, for the devotion, love, knowledge, and integrity they bring to their craft. There is something profoundly humbling about sitting with people who have devoted so much of their lives to learning, respecting, and holding space for this ancient medicine.

Ayahuasca is not simply an experience. It can be a deep, deep dive inward a meeting with yourself beneath the layers, stories, identities, fears and conditioning. It invites you to look honestly at who you are, what you carry, what you are ready to release, and what has been waiting inside you to be remembered.

If you have never experienced this medicine, it is difficult to explain what that kind of inner journey can feel like. It can be beautiful, challenging, confronting, expansive and deeply humbling all at once.

For me, one of the greatest gifts is the reminder that the answers we spend so much time searching for outside of ourselves are often waiting much deeper within.

I am incredibly grateful for the medicine, for the people who hold it with such devotion, and for the courage it asks us to bring to our own healing.

Thank you, Denise and Cesar, for the care, wisdom and sacredness you bring to this work. 🤍🌿
