☺Receiving the professional guidance and support from a physiotherapist can be a very positive and encouraging experience. It is more than just a few exercises or a 'massage' to the body. I am proud to offer such a specific and specialized area of my profession that allows individuals the care they deserve.

💪Some of the other areas I offer treatment for are not just pelvic health, but also any orthopedic or musculoskeletal part of the body, muscle, bone, joint, and other tissue. Whether it would be from an injury or just wanting to help return to a physical activity or class, where you want to be proactive in your health. No referrals needed!

🗣️A diagnosis does not define you. It explains and can give clarity on what your body is experiencing and a means to understanding how to support and reclaim your power and quality of life. Working with persistent pelvic pain or inflammation can feel like it is overwhelming at times, but to remind yourself that your body is working hard at finding balance and reconnection.

Advocating and empowering women about women's health during pregnancy and postpartum is vital for our mental and physical well being.

As a pelvic health physiotherapist, it has become so apparent that support and understanding for pregnancy and postpartum changes that occur in the mind and body goes a long way and can really make a positive difference in their life.

A reminder that women who have the understanding and knowledge about their body will be able to have a clear and supportive experience in their pregnancy, delivery and postpartum recovery.
