I wanted to let everyone know that I will be taking a few extra days away from the shop and expect to be back tattooing on Monday.

After returning home from Europe, I developed pain and swelling in my leg that I honestly thought was just from the long flights and travel. After spending yesterday in the emergency department and having an ultrasound today, I was diagnosed with a deep vein thrombosis (DVT), which is a blood clot located behind my knee.

The good news is that it is treatable, but my doctors have advised me to take it easy for a few days while the medication starts doing its job. I’ve admittedly let this go on longer than I should have because I never even considered that a blood clot could be the cause.

I absolutely love what I do and hate having to reschedule appointments, but right now my priority is making sure this clot stays where it is and heals properly so I can get back to doing what I love.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out, and thank you to my clients for your patience and understanding. I should be back in the shop on Monday and will be contacting anyone affected by rescheduling as soon as possible.

Take care of yourselves, and if something doesn’t feel right after a long flight or period of inactivity, don’t ignore it. I know I won’t again. ❤️

After an incredible month working overseas, I am officially back in the studio tomorrow and my books for July and August are now open.

I have a rare amount of availability over the next two months and would love to take on some larger custom projects, as well as pieces from the available designs I will be posting.

To celebrate being back, all peony tattoos booked for July will receive 15% off.

Current Rates:

Half Day Session – $675 + GST

Full Day Session – $1350 + GST

A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Back to work tomorrow, my days off have been so worth it.

The Belfast Tattoo Show was amazing, watching my youngest graduate made me so proud, I turned 44 yesterday… it’s been an epic June.
