Important information!!!!!!!!

⭐️To my beautiful clients, friends, and wellness family ❤️

I wanted to take a moment to share something personal and important with all of you.

For the first few weeks of June — and possibly a little longer — I will be stepping away from Access Reflex Awakened as our family enters a season where we are needed elsewhere most.🙏

My mother-in-law recently underwent hip surgery that unfortunately came with some complications. We will be bringing her home so we can help care for her, support her recovery, and surround her with the love and comfort that family is meant to provide during difficult times.

Life has a way of reminding us what truly matters.❤️🙏

Sometimes the plans we carefully create get interrupted by unexpected moments that ask more of us. In those moments, we have a choice — to resist the hard seasons… or to lean in with love, strength, compassion, and grace. Right now, it is our turn to help carry the weight for someone who cannot carry it alone.

As much as I love my work and all of you, family will always come first. I feel deeply grateful and blessed that my self-employment allows me the opportunity to step away and be fully present during a time when support and care are needed most.

I ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate this transition and get our ducks in a row.

🔥For now, bookings will be paused while we settle into this new routine. I will personally be reaching out to clients with upcoming appointments that will need to be cancelled and rescheduled for future dates once things settle down a little more.

Please know this is not goodbye — just a small pause. If part-time bookings or makeup appointments become possible along the way, I will absolutely keep everyone updated.
My sweet Kam and Beautiful Justine can maybe help take some appointments as well.. we are just not sure what that looks like just yet!!

In today’s world, we are constantly rushing…

Busy schedules, stress, overwhelm, and always feeling like we have to “keep going.”

But our bodies were never meant to live in survival mode all the time.

Relaxation massage and therapeutic touch are so important for the nervous system, emotional well-being, and overall health. Human touch matters.

Being cared for matters. Feeling safe enough to slow down matters.

As someone who works mostly with women, I truly want every treatment to feel intentional, personalized, and supportive — not rushed.
Starting June 1st, my business will be moving toward offering:
✨ More time
✨ More presence
✨ More value
✨ Fewer clients each week !!!!

This change allows me to show up fully for every person who walks through my door. I never want clients to feel like they are simply being moved in and out because time is everything.

I want to offer treatments that are based on what YOU truly need — whether that is deep relaxation, emotional reset, nervous system support, healing touch, or simply time to breathe again.

NEW treatments will also include:

I also understand that in today’s world, pricing is increasing everywhere, and wellness is not always affordable for everyone. My goal is to continue offering fair pricing while creating deeper value through time, care, and connection.

For me… healing is not about rushing.
It is about presence.

👣😂 Ever notice how your body tries to talk to you… but you’re too busy to listen?

Your body: “Hey… I’m a little stressed."

You: drink coffee for energy ☕, push through the task list, eat the extra sugar for a boost, or take a painkiller to alleviate the pain.

Your body: “Maybe some rest?”

You: scroll on your phone and get distracted, so you stay up an extra couple of hours later than planned 📱

Your body: “Fine… I'll create more pain until you start paying attention.”

👣This is one of the reasons reflexology is so fascinating. Your feet are like a little map of your entire body, and during a reflexology session, it can be like having meditation between your body and mind.

“Wow… I didn’t realize how tense I was.”

“Why does that spot feel so sensitive?”

“How did working my feet make my whole body relax?

Reflexology helps you slow down long enough to actually hear what your body has been trying to say all along.

Tight spots can reflect areas of tension.

I spend a lot of time with people, allowing them to find an escape … a reset, a reason for themselves to disappear….

Lately I feel how do I teach my clients this if I don’t do it myself..

So I have taken some small steps in my own world to make an effort to treat myself good..

I don’t always have a Mel to go to ..
I have a Richard and he is wonderful for the nice shoulder rubs and foot rubs
But he ain’t me..
lol

What I mean by that is I give so much to each person, individually selflessly I commit to helping do gods work!!

I fall short sometimes doing more for myself, cause I have sooo much more to give to others…

I feel like I have a super power most days to love all ..

But in order to refuel my superpowers 🦸🏼 I have to fill my cup

So I love to share…

I love to share the things that put a smile on my face, a pep in my step and a little love in the soul
