IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT POLICY UPDATE
To better serve all of our valued clients and accommodate the high demand for appointments at Within The Skin Medi Spa Inc., we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
✨ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• 48 hours notice is required to cancel or move an appointment.
• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to 100% of the service fee.
• Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged 100% of the booked service.
We understand that emergencies can happen; however, last-minute cancellations leave appointment times that cannot be filled, impacting both our team and clients waiting for availability.

Due to the high volume of appointment requests, we respectfully ask for adequate notice when making changes to your booking.

Agreement: By signing this contract, you acknowledge and accept these terms and authorize Within the Skin Medi Spa Inc to process the fees outlined above.
