YOGA TEACHER FEATURE
Vera has been passionate about health and wellness for over two decades. She believes that true wellness comes from a wholistic approach encompassing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual realms and that all areas of one’s life are interconnected. Vera’s personal development journey brought her to yoga, meditation, mindfulness and eventually life coaching – she became a certified life coach in 2016 and today her mission is to help women shine their light more brightly.
Vera first experienced Yoga Nidra a few years ago and was immediately drawn to this ancient meditative, restorative, and healing practice. When the opportunity came up for a teacher training, she jumped at the chance. She is excited to share this wonderfully beneficial form of yoga with other women, especially in a group setting where support, love, and energy is created.
