Unwind, unplug, be present. 🧘‍♀️

What I truly love about being a massage therapist is providing a space where people can completely turn off. Turn off the noise from the outside world. Turn off the to-do list in their head. And turn off the inner critic voice that we all hear sometimes.

It’s a safe, judgement free space that I am so happy to hold for you. I treat people in all walks of life and I am just so grateful that I can help my clients “switch off”.

Using breath, and awareness in our mind and body during a massage can help the nervous system and tissues communicate and allow for release.

You’re allowed to take this deep breath, and come back to your body🫶 if you feel like you need this- ask for a silent treatment & I will happily give you that.

I have been reflecting a lot lately 💭 With a sense of fulfilled gratitude. 🤍

It’s important to look back and see how far you’ve come. Growth isn’t for the weak. It takes sacrifice, accountability, discipline and allowing yourself to make mistakes & learn from them.

I am so thankful for my amazing clients and the kindness they share, as well as affirming my confidence in massage therapy. ✨
