Business isn’t always easy. But it does come with perks. Spending a trip in Cali with some amazing business baddies is definitely one of them!
Thanks Create & Cultivate for hosting this lovely event! Bringing women together!

When I say it’s YOUR treatment, I really do mean it.
Fully customizable to suit your goals & needs. 🫶✨

• You want to fully relax, not talk and just be in your body for the full appointment? Yes, I’d love that.
• Your legs are dying from the hike you did on the weekend? Yes I can spend the full time there.
• You want music with no lyrics so you aren’t distracted during your appointment? Yep I can make that happen.

I got asked the other day, “what makes a massage a good massage?”
My reply:
“A massage therapist that actually listens to you” 👂

Now, I also believe in suggesting other areas that may need work by what you tell me your symptoms are.
• compensating muscles
• antagonist muscles
• muscles along the fascia line that can affect said area

This is why we chat about your treatment goals & expectations prior to your session on the table.

I care about you. Bookings open for the rest of the year. Link in bio🔗

Thanks for making me feel ✨famous✨
There’s something that makes me glow inside when you tell me that you found me from social media!
—
Party because it tells me that making silly videos & spending too much time editing & finding “the right” audio does pay off😂
—
& Partly because social media can reach so many different audiences & you are shown SO options 24/7 on your phone- yet… you chose me🫶

We all have that longing to feel chosen… so if you choose me, know that I am so grateful for you & will provide care to the best of my ability for you! 🫶✨💆‍♀️

Unwind, unplug, be present. 🧘‍♀️

What I truly love about being a massage therapist is providing a space where people can completely turn off. Turn off the noise from the outside world. Turn off the to-do list in their head. And turn off the inner critic voice that we all hear sometimes.

It’s a safe, judgement free space that I am so happy to hold for you. I treat people in all walks of life and I am just so grateful that I can help my clients “switch off”.

Using breath, and awareness in our mind and body during a massage can help the nervous system and tissues communicate and allow for release.

You’re allowed to take this deep breath, and come back to your body🫶 if you feel like you need this- ask for a silent treatment & I will happily give you that.

I am beyond thankful for this opportunity of body work, and for all my current & new clients ✨🫶

✨ Jaw pain isn’t normal.

Neither are daily headaches, clenching your teeth, facial tightness, or constantly feeling tension through your neck and jaw. 😬

These symptoms are often connected—and they may be coming from muscles you didn’t even know could become restricted.
As an RMT specializing in TMJ treatment and MyoSculpt™ Facial Massage, I use advanced Buccal Massage, facial lymphatic drainage, TMJ techniques, and myofascial release to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore balance.🌸

Your face deserves the same care as the rest of your body. 🤍

👇 Which symptom do you struggle with most?

I have been reflecting a lot lately 💭 With a sense of fulfilled gratitude. 🤍

It’s important to look back and see how far you’ve come. Growth isn’t for the weak. It takes sacrifice, accountability, discipline and allowing yourself to make mistakes & learn from them.

I am so thankful for my amazing clients and the kindness they share, as well as affirming my confidence in massage therapy. ✨

Each kind word you have shared, nice thing you have done, every referral you’ve given & each emotional moment shared with me has truly meant so much. I have so much love for you all! 🫶 thank you- for being you’re wonderful selves.

I bet you’ve never gotten a facial massage quite like this before… 😉

A blend of nervous system regulation + a dash of spice 🌶️ the MyoSculpt™ Facial Massage Treatments go the distance!! You truly get it all.. & more!

I believe that the face is a vulnerable part of you🫶 I am here to support & relax facial tension while actually WORKING it out. There’s no “just gentle touch” (unless that is what you really need)

Using a blend of massage mediums best for you, the MyoSculpt™ Massage uses fascial release, hydrotherapy, intra-oral techniques, pressure & facial sculpting to leave you feeling relaxed, noticeably looser, decreased pain and GLOWING✨✨✨

Curious about MyoSculpt?? 👀👀
