Hello September. You've been putting yourself last all summer. That stops now.

September 1.

The kids' schedules are built. The lunches are planned. The activities are booked.

But here's the question I want you to sit with today:

Are YOU on the list?

Not as an afterthought. Not in the "if there's time left over" spot. On the actual list. With a time and a day and a class that belongs to you.

Every September I see women walk through ARC's door and say the same thing: "I should have done this sooner."
