Hi!

My name is Laurel, your local neighbourhood Doula, Holistic Nutrition Consultant and momma of 2.

I’m a scrunchie momma that controls what I currently can and learning about what I can control in the future. I am passionate about physiological birth and helping women feel safe and secure wherever they choose to birth. I believe that what we put into our bodies and what we do with our bodies during pregnancy can impact birth, labour and recovery and am here to support and educate wherever I can.

Fitness has been a part of my life since my early twenties and I plan to incorporate that aspect into my postpartum recovery support in the future as well.
