Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing pain, or looking to improve your mobility, Bethany is here to help you feel and move your best.

With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Memorial University and a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University, Bethany has been helping clients of all ages in private practice since 2018.

Her client-centered approach focuses on education, comfort, and long-term results using evidence-based care tailored to your individual goals.

Bethany offers treatment including:
