An Important Message to My Clients and Community 🤍

I feel it’s time to address something that has been affecting my business, and I want to be completely transparent with all of you.

Recently, a number of negative reviews and posts about businesses that have absolutely nothing to do with Cottonwood Coulee Massage and Spa have been appearing when people search for my business on Facebook. Some of these posts refer to businesses in the United States, and the complaints have nothing to do with the services I provide here in our community.

Unfortunately, these unrelated reviews appear to be creating confusion about my business. I’ve received feedback that they have influenced people’s decisions about booking appointments, and I’ve seen a significant decline in new client bookings. This has been disheartening, especially after the time, care, and dedication I’ve put into building my business and serving my clients.

I have contacted Facebook on multiple occasions to address this issue, but it has not yet been resolved.

I want to reassure everyone that these unrelated reviews are not reviews of Cottonwood Coulee Massage and Spa. I take pride in the services I provide and in the relationships I’ve built with my clients over the years.

To my wonderful clients who continue to support me, recommend me, and trust me with your care, thank you. Your support means more than you know.
