The scale doesn't always tell the full story.

If your clothes fit better, your strength is improving, and you're feeling healthier, progress is happening—even if the number on the scale hasn't changed much.

This is often called body recomposition: losing fat while building or maintaining muscle. Because muscle is denser than fat, the scale may move more slowly, but that doesn't mean your efforts aren't working.

Meaning Over Motion.
