Join us in welcoming Stephanie Evely to the 365 Wellness team! 🔥

Stephanie is an experienced registered massage therapist and a registered acupuncturist with a passion for a wellness-centered lifestyle. She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2012. Her enthusiasm for integrative health inspired her to go back to college to complete a three-year diploma course in acupuncture from the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, graduating in 2021.

The time between getting her two diplomas, she has gone on to become certified in reflexology, reiki, cupping, gua sha, yogassage, and became a yoga instructor.

Stephanie’s upbeat, energetic, positive personality and her genuine care for people shine through in her treatments and anything else she sets out to achieve. With her extensive training and love for functional medicine, she is able to treat a wide range of conditions and injuries using the knowledge she has acquired. She believes in treating the body as a whole, along with regulating the nervous system to promote maximum and lasting effects. Her love for healing and devotion for wellness provide the catalyst for others to become as excited and dedicated as her on their journey of health, wellness, and mindfulness.
