You may notice that you can't book a class at short notice.

The booking system closes 30 minutes before class - however, if you want to attend a class last minute and the class is still present on the system, then you can just show up! (see 'class going ahead'). The instructor can add you to the system when you're there.

If a class has been cancelled - it will show up as 'cancelled', so make sure not to show up. You will also be emailed with plenty of notice if that's the case.

October 5th - 11th @ The Studio

We have a new 'Baby & Me' yoga series starting tomorrow, Monday Oct 5th and Thursday Oct 8th for 3 weeks. Please sign up before 9am tomorrow morning if you are wanting to attend the series.

Also, we have Harmony Yoga event on Saturday Oct 10th to welcome in the Full Moon.

Healthy Hips Yoga 🧘‍♀️

This class is designed to release tension and improve flexibility in the hips, pelvis and lower back through gentle stretches and mindful movement.
This relaxing practice helps increase mobility, reduce stiffness, and create greater ease in everyday activities.

Suitable for all levels, the class encourages participants to move at their own pace whilst cultivating balance, comfort, and a sense of overall well-being.

New Moon Harmony Yoga 🌝

Begin with simple movements to prepare our body for rest and breathwork to focus our mind & attention. Katrina will facilitate a sensory experience to reset your nervous system and connect with your whole body, head to toes. You will hear soothing music, smell sage/sweetgrass/essential oils in a warm soothing environment. The majority of the class will be spent in a lying form- so bring ALL of your comforts to maximize your surrender.

This is a cause that is very near and dear to my heart, and one that we are incredibly proud to support at The Studio.

Last year, together we raised over $2,500 for breast cancer research — and this year, we want to go even bigger! 💗

🎀 PINK ALL MONTH LONG! 🎀

Here’s how you can help:

💗 Show up to ANY Studio class wearing pink
💗 For every person who wears pink to class, $5 will be donated to Breast Cancer Canada

What is baby yoga?

Baby yoga is appropriate for ages 0-12 months.
No previous yoga experience (for Mom or baby ) is necessary. We will do gentle stretches for Mama, sing songs and perform gentle movements for baby, to encourage motor skills!

It’s a great opportunity to socialize with other Moms and babies and get out of the house!

Cost: $100 + tax

A balanced blend of Pilates and strength training designed to work your entire body. Move through controlled, intentional exercises that challenge your core, improve your stability, and build full body strength.

This class is a great way to tone and feel more confident in your movement.

*It is recommeneded you have attended an all-levels Pilates class before signing up for this class.
