🌟 Behind Every Great Healthcare Team Is an Incredible Team of People!

As we welcome new physicians to Cornwall joining the McConnell Family Health Centre, we want to take a moment to recognize the dedicated team making this vision possible.

Our Nurses—RNs and RPNs—and our Medical Office Administration Team are the foundation of everything we are building. Without their commitment, expertise, and tireless efforts, this would not be possible.

What we are undertaking is something new for our city, and it takes a united team willing to face challenges, embrace change, and work together toward a shared goal: improving access to primary healthcare for our patients and our community.

The McConnell Family Health Centre is GROWING! 🩺❤️

The McConnell Family Health Centre (MFHC) continues to grow through relentless efforts to improve access to primary care within our community.

Over the next 3 months, we are excited to welcome:

Dr. Lisa Sloan
Dr. Joseph Ogundele
Dr. Ali Abdella
Dr. Rasheed Adeniran

And we’re not stopping there! 🙌

Our recruitment efforts expect to welcome two more physicians in joining the MFHC. We expect these exciting additions will round out an incredible year of growth for 2026.

🌟 And there’s even more to come!

With big plans already taking shape for 2027 and 2028, we are working toward a future where access to primary health care in our community is stronger than ever.

We are pleased to share continued progress in expanding access to primary care within our community.

We are proud to welcome the following physicians who have successfully joined the McConnell Family Health Centre
