June is Seniors Month in Ontario, a time to recognize and celebrate the valuable contributions, achievements, and leadership of older adults in our community.

The City of Cornwall's Age-Friendly Community Committee invites community members, organizations, and partners to join us for the 2026 Seniors Month Proclamation:

Friday, June 5, 2026
9:00 AM
Cornwall City Hall
360 Pitt Street, Cornwall

Seniors Month is an opportunity to acknowledge the many ways older adults contribute to our community every day through volunteering, mentorship, caregiving, community involvement, and leadership.

This year's proclamation also helps kick off preparations for Aging Well: The Senior Health & Safety Fair, taking place on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Benson Centre.

We hope you can join us as we celebrate and recognize the important role older adults play in building a stronger, healthier, and more connected community.
