I’m going on a crazy adventure and would love to share it with everyone.

When my husband asked me to do an Ironman with him next year, my first response was something along the lines of:

“You’re joking, right?”

Followed closely by:

“Absolutely not.”

Once the shock wore off (and I confirmed he was, in fact, serious), I started thinking about everything I’d gain from the journey instead of everything I’d have to survive.

So here we are. One reluctant wife. One very enthusiastic husband. Zero swimming skills worth bragging about. And one ridiculously ambitious goal.
