I have been with AVON for going on 35 years and today I received THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRRR. The company sent me 2 sets of sale pamphlets. Some customers ordered from the pamphlets and didn't quote the price when ordering. The agent today tells me that I was mistakenly sent one bundle of US pamphlets (lower prices).
I was also told that they would not make the price adjustments because it was my responsibility to check that they sent me the correct brochures and pamphlets (Canadian). This is the first time this has ever happened in 35 years. So for $45.00 + tax they will be losing a veteran AVON Independent Representative ~ Connie Augi.
I waited 55 minutes on hold, no resolve, no escalation to a supervisor or manager and no price adjustment. I will be honouring the price adjustments to my loyal customers, but trust me the whole world is going to know how cheap and irresponsible this company has become. The greedy almighty dollar and no customer service. I will be writing to the president of AVON for what it is worth.
