Salon Coordinator
Part-Time | Permanent
As our salon continues to grow, we’re looking for an amazing Salon Coordinator to join the Extreme Ends family!
Many of you know and love Bella from our front desk. 💛 We’re excited to share that she’ll be spending more time doing what she loves! Bella will be expanding her esthetics hours, giving clients more opportunities to book her popular waxing services, while also beginning her exciting journey as our hair apprentice.
Don’t worry—you’ll still see her beautiful smile around the salon! She’ll simply be spending more time on the salon floor, learning, growing, and helping our team while continuing to care for her esthetics clients.
With Bella moving into this exciting new chapter, we’re looking for someone special to become the welcoming face of our front desk.
We’re looking for someone who is:

✨ Passionate about creating an exceptional guest experience
✨ Calm under pressure and able to multitask
✨ Professional, dependable, and a true team player
Responsibilities include:
• Greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
• Answering phones, emails, and managing appointments through our online booking system
• Keeping the salon organized and running smoothly
• Creating and submitting retail product orders
• Supporting our stylists and helping every guest feel cared for from the moment they walk through our doors
