Just resharing this post to let the public know that our phone services are still in and out.
We are working on solutions but for now please bear with us. Our operational hours remain the same so please drop by the clinic if you’re unable to reach us by phone.

Kiʔsuʔk Kyukyit,

Unfortunately here at the Ktunaxa Regional Health Centre and the main Ktunaxa Nation Government building, we have been experiencing technical difficulties with our network.

The health centre remains operating at our usual hours (9:30-4:00, closed over lunch 12:00-1:00), however while we undergo the restoration of our network issue, our phone services may be limited at times, meaning calls and voicemails will not come through to our centre.

Please come in person to the health centre if you are unable to reach us by phone.
We apologize for any inconvenience.

For urgent matters, we advise you to go to Urgent Primary Care Centre or the hospital.

Kiʔsuʔk Kyukyit,

Due to an ongoing network issue, the Ktunaxa Nation Government Building will be closed to the public until further notice.

If you have a scheduled meeting with Ktunaxa Nation Council staff at the office, they will reach out directly to make alternate arrangements during this time.

We apologize for any inconvenience, and will notify the public as soon as the building is re-opened.

The Ktunaxa Regional Health Centre is open during regular hours with limited administrative services available. Ktunaxa Nation Health

We are increasing hours of service at the Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC) to better meet the needs of the community.

📅 Starting Feb. 13, the Cranbrook UPCC will be open seven days a week, including statutory holidays.

Hours will be:
🕒 Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
🕒 Saturday, Sunday and statutory holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

People who access the UPCC will continue to be assessed by a nurse and triaged to an appropriate health care provider such as a physician, nurse practitioner, physiotherapist, social worker or mental wellness clinician depending on the situation.

UPCCs support people who are experiencing non-life-threatening conditions and need to see a health-care provider within 12 to 24 hours, but do not require an emergency department visit.
Patients requiring emergency care should always call 911 or proceed to the nearest hospital.
