Flossing! It’s got to be done! Habit development really is the hardest part.

Once you are in the routine it just becomes something you do.

💪 Challenge yourself to start developing that habit now!

👅 You will be amazed at how much better your breath smells, taste improves and gums become stronger and healthier!

String floss is definitely the gold standard, but Water flossing is also very effective.

🦷 However you choose to floss, just make sure you are consistent!

🌛 Every night before bed is best at a minimum.

Last night was the 5th annual Long Table Dinner here in Crossfield. One of our personal favourite events to attend! It was a beautiful evening of local food, drink and entertainment. Crossfield Farmers Market once again offered up a wonderful date night right here at home!
