I will be attending maiden_cape_breton with Rachelle Gammon | Halifax Tattooer and Elizabeth Girard and can’t wait to come hang. I am pre booking but space is limited because I will also be doing walk up’s 🖤

🧛🏼‍♀️ Allow me to reintroduce myself 🧛🏼‍♀️

I am Nicky, I make tattoos and I take photos. I have been tattooing since 2020/2021 and been taking photos my whole life :) I live in a small town outside of Halifax in the middle of the woods. You can find me sewing costumes and dresses or hanging with my hairless animals in my free time. I read too much fantasy and like drawing knights and dragons and cathedrals amongst other spooky s**t. In my previous lives I was a hair dresser and then a graphic designer in the film industry, I had very cool 2 kids with my amazing partner and decided to make life even harder so I pivoted into tattooing; which is what I always wanted to do anyway, so here we are. I have problems with authority and I don’t like to be told no so I am constantly driving myself nuts and trying to expand on my craft and become a better illustrator and tattooer. Never too proud to take advice or listen to critiques from other artists and welcome it with open arms.

I am tough skinned but soft hearted, I feel everything deeply even though it may not show. (everything makes me cry) but if needed I’ll transform into my Tony Soprano mode and fight an old lady at the antique mall if they start talking s**t.

I do NOT stand up to bullying or discrimination or disrespect of ANY kind. This is a lgbtqia2s+ safe space and every one of every shade is welcome.

Viciously protective of my friends, family, clients.

I am from NYC, and have lived in many places since. (Florida, back to NYC, Portland Oregon, Iceland, Montreal, and now Halifax)

I felt I didn’t have a home for a long time but I finally feel like I found my place for now ;

✨ RIGHT NEXT TO Rachelle Gammon | Halifax Tattooer actually and it’s a hoot, we have snacks, TVs, dranks, cosmic brownies (usually).

My books are always open here in Halifax, and the next few years I will be traveling a bit more, so maybe we can see each other soon.

I also book photo sessions with my passion project 𝔓𝔯𝔦𝔫𝔱𝔥𝔞𝔲𝔰 which all of these photos are from.
