Short Survey on Class Preferences

I have created a very short survey and am hoping you will complete it as soon as possible as I will soon need to book the Findlay centre for the fall later this month. Who doesn’t love a good “clearance”?

As we age the muscles in our feet can get sleepy and weak causing us to lose proper structure and tripping or foot dragging may occur. If you would like to improve your foot clearance join me in classes this week we will be working on strengthening muscles in our feet and working with our stabilizer muscles in our legs to improve our balance.
