🌿 Herb of the Day: Rosemary! 🌿
Did you know this fragrant garden favorite has a beautifully poetic name in Chinese?
🇨🇳 Chinese Characters: 迷迭香
🗣️ Pinyin (Pronunciation): mí dié xiāng
📜 Latin Name: Salvia rosmarinus (formerly Rosmarinus officinalis)
In Chinese, mí dié xiāng translates roughly to "aroma that intoxicates/bewitches you." It is the perfect name for an herb that smells this amazing!
Whether you use it for roasting potatoes, brewing tea, or keeping mosquitoes away in the garden, rosemary is a true superstar.
