Our 300HR Teacher Training scholarship is for anyone who would benefit from financial support in accessing this training.

We recognize that financial barriers are not experienced equally, and that systemic inequities have created lasting impacts on who has access to education, professional development, and opportunities for growth.

If financial assistance would make this training more accessible to you, we encourage you to apply. This includes those who have experienced marginalization or inequity that has had financial implications in their lives.
We’ve also introduced a scaled pricing structure for this cohort, with the intention of creating more pathways into the program and supporting greater access across our community.

Music isn’t just background noise in our classes – it can influence how we move, how hard we work, and how we experience the practice. Research has found that music can help regulate perceived exertion, support motivation, improve movement and exercise performance, and shape our emotional state.

From restorative and grounding to cathartic and energizing, the playlist is part of the practice – helping you connect to your body, find your rhythm, and move with intention.

Our Movement Teacher Training is about more than learning how to lead a class.

It’s about deepening your own practice, understanding the body through somatic movement and functional anatomy, learning to work with nervous system regulation, and developing the confidence to guide real people with intention, curiosity, and compassion.

You’ll move. You’ll practice. You’ll teach. You’ll be mentored. You’ll question what you’ve always thought you knew about movement – and build your own authentic voice along the way. This course is certified by Yoga Alliance.
