Soo if I were to sell my house..
As is.. needs some cosmetic work like flooring, paint, and trim
But has double car garage with attached shed, 3+ loft bedrooms, laundry room on main floor with corner jet tub, full bath upstairs, 2 piece bath main floor, plus basement . Loft has little room made into office area
Double lot, fenced in back yard with dog run (can be removed)
Raspberry bushes, an edible pear and apple tree in front yard not bearing yet.
Upgraded electrical panel, hot water tank and furnace approx 8-10 years old now.
Considered 2.5 story house. Very solid!
New shingles 2009 and wind damaged shingles replaced in 2019.

I donโ€™t want to renovate if someone will want to re-do it to their own specifications!

Lawn was 1/2 redone last year with seed to do remaining half this year. Very fast growing thick lush lawn! Picture last summer.

REMINDER that I am no longer selling Avon after this campaign! I have tons of stock that needs to go! Many items will be discontinued and sold out!!

2nd migraine this week! Ugh so nauseous but I have to set up in the mall tomorrow and itโ€™s my baby girl whoโ€™s not a baby anymore โค๏ธ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญโค๏ธfourteenth birthday!! I took my emergency stash of medsโ€ฆ but not the same as iv โ€ฆ itโ€™s pretty brutal atm! Even with my screen darkened it hurts! But crappy thing is I donโ€™t have any gravol left.. ugh guess I gotta get more tomorrow!! Hoping I make it through the day n birthday party!!

My last sale with AVON !! So come on out! I will have everything there but not enough room to put it all out so please ask me!!

ATTENTION EVERYONE!!

As of December 31st I will no longer be an active Avon member. The prices and the lack of sales along with my declining health is making it very difficult for me to continue or even get orders out to people! I have tons of items in stock but if your wanting to stock up on things let me know!

Iโ€™m very grateful for all of you over the last ten years and your support with my Avon business. But Iโ€™m just not able to be the best Avon representative at this time.

Again I will be taking orders up to end of last campaign of 2023. So please stick up on your favourite perfumes/colognes/makeup/skin creams and bath products!
After December 9th (my last market) in the mall I will start selling or auctioning off baskets of products my group only. (Not this page) I have acquired quite a bit of debt bringing in stock and need to pay that debt back!

Again thank you to all my loyal wonderful customers and all the friends I have made along the way! Iโ€™m sad that this time has come but Iโ€™m just not able to provide the best customer service at this stage of my illness.
