2026 and life is still HARD!!! Maybe even harder. But GOD. Walks before us, hems us in on all sides. Faith it till you Make it.

My heart goes out to so many people right now whose lives are being turned upside down. With so many fires, storms, earthquakes and flooding happening right now - puts your life in perspective just a little bit more.

What I have - what I value - what I've been placing my hope in. What I spend my energy, time and thoughts on. Am I giving my best to things that wither and fade over time, or am I focused on those things that have never- ending value?

Today I pray for all of you that are in the midst of a storm. May you find comfort knowing that God is with you - He loves you and He gives strength when you are weary. 💕

**Cold and flu season is coming up, and for some of us, staying healthy and strong can be harder than it seems.**

If you’re doing everything you can—eating right, resting, and using immune-boosting herbs—but still find yourself feeling run down, you’re not alone. Sometimes, it’s not just about adding more to your routine, but identifying what might be holding you back.

Hey guys! I just wanted to pop on by and share what I’ve been up to over the past while! As some of you know, I started delving deeply into the world of Herbalism about 3 years ago. Something that I started over 20 years ago, but life 🤷‍♀️🙂

The certification courses Ive been taking have been amazing and I have just loved being able to support the health and well being of my friends and family! I hope to keep growing and learning, and have started an educational page where I will be sharing my journey, my creations, teaching and helping to make it available to anyone who would be interested ❤️
