I'm not trying to rush myself toward any destination.

I'm just building a home. a business. a life.

slowly. peacefully.

I moved a lot as a kid.

Almost every year meant a new home, a new school, and starting over again.

Over the past two years, I've moved seven times. But it feels different now.

Each move helped me heal something. Peace and stability aren't things I find, they're something I create.

So for the first time in a very long time, Its time to stay put.

Also feeling incredibly grateful for Paul, Chase, Jamie, and Ryan, who all helped me during my transitions and especially made this latest move feel easy.

I’m grateful for every sunset, every lesson, and every new beginning that follows.

The poem drew me in and the roses brought a special presence.

When I found this, I was navigating the end of a three-year chapter of my life and trying to figure out what came next.

The line that stayed with me was: “Then the warrior can make a proper cup of tea.”

I didn’t fully understand why it resonated so deeply then.

Almost a year later, I think I do.

The strongest people I’ve known have also been the gentlest, just like my Grandma LaValle. Red roses and red lipstick always remind me of her.

Over the past year, I’ve randomly taken photos of meditating statues.

Looking back, that feels fitting.

The past two years have changed me completely.

Different home. Different lifestyle. Different priorities. Different relationship with myself.

And recently I changed my Instagram handle.

It feels good to step into my own name.

Apparently this is one of my final forms 🧸🦄

If you know me, this is the truth behind the scenes.
Cozy. Playful. Deeply attuned.
Often found in a pile of blankets and pillows, feeding my body and my spirit.
_ Paul (the magician behind these photos) says
“it’s giving unicorn + teletubby energy”…
😂🦄 I’ll take it.😅

This season is about nourishment in every sense.
And it feels right to share that my wellness work is reopening here in Vancouver under a new name:
Honey Health Co 🍯

To celebrate, I’m offering free food sensitivity testing
for anyone curious about what their body is asking for right now. DM me if interested.

PSA: These were taken by my dear friend Paul ._ who casually pulled out his camera while we were chatting in the kitchen. He’s a gifted photographer with the biggest heart. If you want authentic, professional content for your socials, he’s your guy.
