At Nationwide Natural Foods, we love sharing the stories behind the brands—and Greens & Beans began in founder Natasha’s family kitchen.

As a busy working mom navigating her son’s food allergies, Natasha started creating vegetable-filled sauces to make family dinners easier and help her son discover a love for good food. 💚

Soon, dinner became an adventure! Her son would guess the seven veggies in each sauce, with colourful creations earning names like Dragon Sauce and Sunshine Sauce. Those homemade “magic potions” inspired a brand built around making vegetables exciting.

Today, Greens & Beans brings that same heart to everyday meals, with sauces that add flavour, colour and veggie goodness to your table. 🍝🥕🌱

Rooted in family and a belief in supporting local and giving back, this is a brand with a delicious story to share.
