Clinic Manager

Jody has been an integral part of Beach Grove Laser Clinic for 18 years, serving as our dedicated Clinic Manager and playing an important role in the clinic’s growth and day-to-day operations.

Prior to joining Beach Grove Laser Clinic, Jody spent decades working within the property management industry, where she developed extensive experience in administration, organization, client relations, and business operations. She brings this wealth of experience to her role at the clinic, combining strong leadership and attention to detail with an exceptional ability to connect with both clients and staff.

After nearly two decades at Beach Grove Laser Clinic, Jody has also developed lasting relationships with many of our longtime clients. Her warm and approachable personality helps create the welcoming environment that has become such an important part of the Beach Grove experience.

Donna Menor is a valued member of the Beach Grove Laser Clinic team, bringing together her background in nursing, aesthetics, and the arts. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, giving her a unique combination of clinical knowledge and an artistic eye.

Donna specializes in a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments, including Aerolase laser treatments, Emsculpt NEO, microneedling, laser vein treatments, laser hair removal, and the iS Clinical signature Fire & Ice Facial. She is also an experienced microblading artist, using her attention to detail and appreciation for balance and symmetry to create natural-looking results.

Beyond medical aesthetics, Donna is a talented artist who creates portraits and murals. Her artistic background complements her work in aesthetics, where precision, creativity, and an understanding of each client’s individual features are essential.

Donna is known at Beach Grove Laser Clinic for her compassionate nature, warm personality, and joyful approach to her clients. She strives to make every person feel comfortable, cared for, and confident throughout their treatment experience.

Dr. Jacqueline Zhai is a leading Vancouver physician in medical aesthetics, known for her expertise in advanced non-invasive cosmetic treatments that enhance natural beauty while respecting diverse aesthetic standards.

She is a CPSBC-registered medical doctor and earned her Bachelor of Science at McGill University, her Medical Degree at the University of Toronto, and completed her post-graduate training at McMaster University.

Dr Michel obtained her Medical Degree in 2009 and began postgraduate medical training in general surgery. In 2011, she transitioned into family and aesthetic medicine, subsequently completing a family practice residency at Akron General Hospital and advanced training in aesthetic medicine through the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. She was drawn to aesthetic medicine because it brings together her passion for medicine, beauty, and patient care.

Dr. Michel is the Medical Director of Beach Grove Laser Clinic and has been one of our trusted injectors for close to a decade. Over the years, she has become an integral part of our clinic and has helped many patients feel more confident through thoughtful, personalized aesthetic care.

Throughout her training and clinical experience, Dr. Michel has seen how achieving natural, well-considered results can positively affect both physical and emotional well-being. She believes that excellence in medical aesthetics requires a deep understanding of human anatomy, careful attention to each patient’s goals, and a compassionate, ethical approach to treatment.
