We’re thrilled to announce that our co-owner, Dr. Judy Fletcher, was recently honoured by the Tsawwassen Business Improvement Association (TBIA) with their prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award. This recognition reflects her years of dedication, compassionate care, and active contribution to our community.

The award was presented on September 23, 2025 at Beach Grove Golf Club, where over 45 people gathered to honour and celebrate her.

Owner & Medical Director Martin Ray, MD established View Laser in 2006, after many years in the South Delta community as part of the family physician team at View Medical. Committed to achieving natural results, he values making a real difference in his patients’ lives above all. He is a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, the Canadian Association of Aesthetic Medicine, and currently serves as a Director and Executive Board Member for the British Columbia Society of Aesthetic Physicians.

Dr Ray is also a trainer with the Allergan Medical Institute for Botox®, Juvederm® and Belkyra™. He serves as a key opinion leader for Cynosure and Venus Concept lasers. As an MD Codes™ Trainer, Allergan Advisory Board Member, and Allergan Staff Injector, Dr Ray is recognized as a leading expert in aesthetic medicine for skin and body rejuvenation. He is highly engaged in the Medical Aesthetics industry, regularly participating in presentations and conferences worldwide as cutting-edge technologies and techniques continue to evolve.

At View Laser each patient’s rejuvenation goals are thoroughly analyzed during an in-depth physician consultation. Dr Ray and his team then provide a customized personal treatment plan and 5-star service to make sure every experience is exceptional.
