Women are stewards of energy.
At least, we were meant to be.
Yet many of us have been taught to relate to ourselves through extraction rather than stewardship.
We know what happens when land is overworked. đ
We know what happens when money is poorly managed. đ
But few women have been taught to view their inner resources the same way.
Our energy is not meant to be allocated entirely toward productivity, caregiving, achievement, and output.
Some of it belongs to rest.
Some of it belongs to nourishment.
Some of it belongs to joy.
Some of it belongs to creativity.
Some of it belongs to digesting our expeiences our experiences and listening to ourselves.
As women move through motherhood, career changes, perimenopause, and identity shifts, many discover a difficult truth:
No one is coming to create that space for us.
No one is coming to protect our energy, our time, or our inner resources.
That responsibility belongs to us.
Not as another burden.
But as an invitation into self-leadership.
Ayurveda teaches us that awareness precedes change.
When we begin paying attention to where our energy is going, we can stop living in depletion and start living in relationship with ourselves.
Stewardship is not selfish.
It is how we ensure there is something left to sustain the life we are trying to create.
The women who transform their lives donât simply manage their symptoms.
They learn to understand their patterns.
If youâre ready to identify where your energy is being extracted rather than stewarded, The Pattern Interruption Intensive was designed for you.
DM âPATTERNâ for details.
