Happy New Year ✨
I hope you all enjoyed a nourishing, restful holiday season.
As I ease back into studio flow, I’ve added a new oracle deck that I’ll be using to gently close out Reiki sessions — a beautiful way to anchor the energy, reflect, and receive guidance. I’ve also welcomed a new guidebook for working with the Major Arcana, supporting my own ongoing shadow work and personal healing journey. Growth doesn’t stop just because we guide others. 🌑
Lately, I’ve been feeling a strong pull inward — slower mornings, quieter energy, deeper reflection. And honestly? That makes sense.
If you’re feeling hibernation vibes right now, you’re not broken — you’re human. What’s wild is that we collectively agreed the “new year” starts in January, when nature herself is resting. Instinctively, our bodies and nervous systems are still in winter mode.
True new beginnings arrive in spring, when the earth wakes up again.
So if this season has you resting, integrating, or turning inward… trust it. You’re still in rhythm — just not rushing the cycle. 🤍
