Hello my Devine Souls,

For many of you, we have crossed paths and you have welcomed me into your sacred space.
But I wanted to speak to you as a women, sacred feminine practitioner and a healer.

For those of you, that we have not have had the pleasure to cross paths, I would love to introduce myself to you.

My name is Christina, a women, a mother, a friend, a practitioner.
Being a practitioner wasn’t always my first choice but always one in the back of my mind.

Today, I practice freely, whole heartedly, with no judgment and without prejudice.
I may not have the big box store education. Or the degree to stand behind.
But I can most definitely tell you I have a fountain of world, life experience and education.

As I tell my son, book smart is one thing, but life and hands in smart is another level of education.

In my own healing journey I have been to many therapist, professionals and practitioners. But so many do not fit, why you may ask?

1. Too young and not enough life experience
2. We just don’t click
3. I end up being the listener

I needed someone and need someone that I can relate to. That doesn’t recite their work books from school. I want lived knowledge, experiences and resemblance.

This is why I dove into my practice but also into the sacred feminine healing practitioners course.
I believe I have so much to offer and I want to offer it to you.

Trust me when I say, I have lived through trauma many times over, I have lived through losses and grief. I have felt the emptiness of losing a child, losing a loved one.
I have lived through failed relationships that have made me stronger and made me realize my worth. What I want and what I deserve. And I won’t settle.

And neither should you!!

I have live through conflict, I have lived through physical and emotional abuse. I have lived through a mental breakdown and I’m here to tell you there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I have seen so many things that someone should not have to bear witness to. I have had my voice taken away so many times, to just find it again and speak even louder.

I am a warrior, a survivor a healer, an empath and as some of you tell me, I am a white witch. ☺️
I will forever cherish being told I am a white witch. I do believe healing is in all of us. We can all heal ourselves with or without the help of others.
We are to be seen, healed and heard. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

With that being said, I hope you all have learnt a little something about me.
And know my intentions with my new certification.
I’m here to help you in your journey through many life experiences that I have experienced.
But also bringing in a bit of the “book knowledge “

Who fixes the woman???

In many different cultures, history and practices a circle is formed to gather together and feel heard, seen, and validated.
A moment to release, to embrace and share without judgement.

In my personal journey in my practice and in myself, I’m seeing we need to form a circle.
A hand in hand circle with no break in between to let ourselves breathe again. With no interruptions, no distractions and no outside problems.

Let us start this journey together!!

Our body doesn’t fail us, we fail our bodies.

Let’s sit with this for a minute!!

Our body knows how to heal itself, to repair and to breathe.
We are the ones that don’t allow this natural process to take place.

As I sat with a client today and listened carefully to what she was telling me, but also listening to her body. I knew exactly which way to approach her treatment.

Her body didn’t need pressure or target work.
Her body needed a HUG, gentle words, a calm voice and healing touch.

20 mins into her treatment, her body surrendered. Her mind was at ease and her heart was filling with love again.
Love that was missing.

Our journey together came to a close, not an end. She gave herself some time to come back into her body.
Welcoming me back into her space, I noticed she had tears rolling down her cheeks.

This was a moment that she had truly rested and gave time to honour her body.

Her mind had surrounded to the cries of her body.

Her heart had reached out and showed compassion and empathy for her body.

She was truly at peace!

Please remember this if nothing else today…
Our bodies were not meant to consume a hectic lifestyle. Our body was meant to observe awareness, rest, slowness, smell, sight and feel.

Take a moment out of your day to sit in stillness for a couple of minutes.

What do you feel?

What do you smell?

Where is the pain sitting? Give that place love

What do you see?

A circle of all women coming together to the altar of intentions, compassion, understanding and loving.

We will gather around the sacred healing circle, being led through a ritual of love for ourselves.

As you may know, I integrate Reiki, sound healing, and therapeutic touch into our shared experiences. I have been diligently expanding my knowledge of women's spirituality and the consciousness of the human body.

I am proud to announce that I am now a sacred feminine practitioner. This is a gift I am eager to share, offering a deeper insight into female intuition, creativity, nurturing, and the embodiment of spiritual essence. My aim is to infuse feminine energy into our journey within my sacred space while creating a platform where everyone can feel heard, understood, and connected.
