Let's talk about why we're starting this podcast?
মধ্য তিরিশের জীবনে অনেক চ্যালেঞ্জ আসে। এবং আসতেই থাকে।
কারো শরীর চলে যাচ্ছে চল্লিশের ঘরে, অথচ মন এখনো আঠারোয়!

সেটা সমস্যা নয়, কিন্তু শারিরীক, মানসিক স্বাস্থ্যের পাশাপাশি, আর্থিক স্বাস্থ্যটাও তো এখন খেয়ালে রাখতে হচ্ছে।

একই সাথে, ৯০'র দশকে বেড়ে ওঠা মানুষ হিসেবে, রেডিও, ক্যাসেট প্লেয়ারের, আর সাদা কালো টিভির যুগ থেকে বর্তমানের স্মার্টফোন আর এআই এর যুগে এসে আমরা অনেক রকমের মাইন্ডসেটের শিফটের মধ্য দিয়ে গেছি।

সেগুলো নিয়েও কথা বলার প্ল্যান! আমাদের সময়কার স্কুলিং, গার্ডিয়ানশিপ, টাইগার প্যারেন্টিং, বুলিইং, এগুলি আমাদের ওপর এখনো প্রভাব রাখে। কেউ কেউ আটকে আছে অতীতেই!

এসব ভাবনার জট খুলে, জীবনের হিসেবটা সহজ করতে চাই আমরা। তাই আড্ডা হবে এমন সব টপিক নিয়ে, যেগুলি নিয়ে আলোচনা আমাদের ভবিষ্যত গোছানোর জন্যে সবচেয়ে দরকারি।
