Next Diabetes Workshop - Discovering Diabetes Foods June 11th

Join us on Thursday, June 11th, for a presentation on nutrition in diabetes. We will start with supper at 5:00 with the presentation to follow at 5:30.

We'll be covering:
- foods that raise your blood sugars
- foods that help your blood sugars and your blood pressure
- ways to reduce your risk of developing diabetes and heart disease
- taste-testing different foods
