A 6-Week Signature Meditative Flow Experience with Rob Hanrieder

Life moves quickly, and by mid-summer many of us find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or disconnected from the present moment.

Mid-Summer Reset is a six-week all-levels experience designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself through the healing combination of breath, movement, and meditation.

~ Each class begins with intentional breathwork practices designed to calm the mind, reduce stress, and create space within the body.

~ We then move through a mindful Vinyasa Flow that builds strength, improves mobility, and encourages presence. Options are offered throughout, making this practice accessible for every body and every level of experience.

~ Guided meditation and restorative elements are woven throughout each class, creating opportunities to release physical tension, emotional heaviness, and the patterns that can keep us feeling stuck.

~ Through conscious breathing and movement, you’ll cultivate greater awareness, reconnect with yourself, and create space for more of what you desire in your life.

This is more than a yoga class.

It’s an opportunity to reset, restore, and return to yourself.

Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready to fully experience the rest of your summer.

There’s something deeply humbling about watching the sun rise over the ocean at Turtle Point on Gili T.

No notifications.
No rushing.
No pressure to perform.
Just the sound of the waves, the warmth of the morning light, and the quiet reminder that life keeps unfolding without force.

Back home, life can feel like a constant race. Always doing. Always planning. Always carrying the weight of responsibility, expectations, and the next thing that needs to get done. Somewhere along the way, many of us start believing healing comes from adding more — more work, more effort, more fixing.

But this morning reminded me of something different.

Healing is not always found in doing more.
Sometimes healing is found in finally allowing yourself to do less.

Less noise.
Less rushing.
Less proving.
Less surviving.

And in that space… your nervous system begins to breathe again.
Your heart softens.
Your mind clears.
Your soul remembers what peace feels like.

Watching this sunrise felt like medicine. Not because it changed anything externally, but because for a moment, I stopped trying to control life and simply allowed myself to be fully present with it.

The sun never rushes to rise.
The ocean never fights to flow.
Nature heals by being exactly what it is.

Maybe we do too. 🌅

Today’s Mother’s Day restorative yoga class was truly something special. 💛

What an absolute blessing and honour it was to guide a sold-out room filled with mothers and their children — sharing breath, stillness, softness, and presence together.

There was something incredibly beautiful about watching mothers be given the space to simply receive. To be held. To be supported. To rest without needing to do, give, fix, manage, or carry anything for anyone else.

And to the adult children who showed up with your moms today — what a gift. Not just the gift of a yoga class, but the gift of time, presence, appreciation, and connection. Those are the moments that stay with us.

Today reminded me that some of the most powerful healing doesn’t happen through doing more.

Sometimes it happens when we finally slow down enough to feel what has always been there: love, gratitude, tenderness, and the quiet strength of being held.

To every mother who joined me today — thank you.
May you feel seen.
May you feel appreciated.
May you feel honoured.
And may you remember that you are not just the one who holds everyone else…

You are worthy of being held too. 🌸
