Life moves quickly, and by mid-summer many of us find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or disconnected from the present moment.
Mid-Summer Reset is a six-week all-levels experience designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself through the healing combination of breath, movement, and meditation.
~ Each class begins with intentional breathwork practices designed to calm the mind, reduce stress, and create space within the body.
~ We then move through a mindful Vinyasa Flow that builds strength, improves mobility, and encourages presence. Options are offered throughout, making this practice accessible for every body and every level of experience.
~ Guided meditation and restorative elements are woven throughout each class, creating opportunities to release physical tension, emotional heaviness, and the patterns that can keep us feeling stuck.
~ Through conscious breathing and movement, you’ll cultivate greater awareness, reconnect with yourself, and create space for more of what you desire in your life.
This is more than a yoga class.
It’s an opportunity to reset, restore, and return to yourself.

6-Week Session
$110 + GST — One class per week
$220 + GST — Attend both weekly classes
