~nervous system regulation in pregnancy~

Some days in pregnancy feel calm and connected…
and some days feel overwhelming, stretched, and heavy.

Both can exist at the same time.

But what I’ve learned is this— my nervous system is my baby’s first environment.

So I pause.
I place my hands on my belly.
I breathe a little slower.

Not to be perfect…
but to remind both of us: we are okay.

Regulation isn’t about never feeling stress.
It’s about creating moments of safety inside the chaos.

And those small moments?

They matter more than you think 🤍

~pregnancy lately~

It’s been a rough go with all of the pregnancy symptoms coming and going and staying!

It’s a been a mix of exhaustion, breaking points, bliss and gratitude. Yes- emotions can coexist.

My previous pregnancies were so easy and it’s just not the case this time around and it honestly sucks.

I’ve been quiet on here because of it. I’m still here though, watching and listening and supporting.
