Something new is coming to Edmonton. 💫

Frequency. It’s a word we toss around a lot, so here’s what I mean by it.

Everything is energy, and energy moves in waves. When we raise our vibration within ourselves, we can heal deeply as individuals, as a generation, and as a collective. We were never meant to thrive alone.

That’s why I’m introducing Frequency Fridays, a weekly drop-in energy circle beginning Friday, November 6.

Come reconnect with yourself after a busy or stressful week. We’ll journey through the 7 main chakras over 8 weeks, with a final week of integration and review. Gentle movement, meditation, and breathwork may be included, and we close each evening with a gratitude circle and a few moments in community.

New to energy work or years into your path, you are welcome here.

Later is the most comforting lie we tell ourselves.

Later, I’ll take the trip.
Later, I’ll call them.
Later, I’ll slow down.
Later, I’ll take care of myself.
Later, I’ll book the appointment.
Later, when I have more time.
Later, when life isn’t so busy.

But life keeps moving while we wait.

So drink the coffee while it’s hot. ☕️
Book the vacation.
Call the people you love.
Take the picture.
Say the thing.
Wear the outfit.
Do something that makes you feel alive.
Book the appointment you’ve been putting off.

Tell me below. What are you done saying “later” to?
