Being present for it all. Presence with what we are going through is what allows the energy to move and transform into resilience.

Mother Earth 🌍. The OG Mother. We recharge in her presence. We nourish from her gifts. She holds us with magnetism to her heart. Her vibration regulates ours. We feel a belonging when our hands are in the dirt. A connectedness. We are dependant on her for our life. How can we ever thank all of that? Notice her. Be present in her. Express love for her. Listen to her. She is the reason we’re all here.

If you are low in energy it just means you are out of alignment with the source of your energy. It is being drained and not replenished. When you are in alignment, energy is unlimited.
