A sunny August day connecting with the amazing adults and staff at the St Albert Sturgeon Hospital day program.

We put our love into decorating our gratitude treasure boxes. We talked about keeping it by our bedside to place all the things from our lives that we were grateful for. We can transform our worries and put in our wishes manifesting them to life.

HTF will definitely be putting these wonderful memories in our gratitude box.
