The last few months have been so eye opening for me. I thought I was doing okay but then my health decided to take a turn. Heart issues, Thyroid issues, Hormone issues and now Allergies!!

What I’ve learned is that toxicity is almost everywhere! Most the time it’s in plain sight but hidden in labels and ingredients.

I’m inviting a few people (those serious about their health and The health of their families ) to join me on an information session Thursday evening online for low tox living!

There is no commitment, no pressure nothing but information and sharing some great products to help you switch over to a low tox lifestyle! And sharing how I’m changing my health one day at a time!

One step closer to becoming a Shamanic Healer.

The world is crazy which is why Grounding is so important in our daily lives. It brings us back to the present and allows us to regulate our nervous system.

We are pretty much constantly insulated from the Earth ( wearing rubber on our shoes, staying indoors, driving our cars etc) and over time it depletes our bodies when we ground we replenish our electrons and restores our lost connection to the Earths energy.

Things such as walking barefoot, sitting or laying on grass (or sand) or being in water are grounding practices .
