Your aura is your energy field.

It is what people feel when they describe you as warm, intense, guarded, or magnetic. It is also what absorbs the impact when someone crosses a line.

The Fields of Alchemy are not walls. They do not block. They transmute. This is my alchemical principle applied to boundaries: what comes toward you that does not serve you is not absorbed and not fought. It is transformed at the edge of your Field before it reaches your center. You do not carry it. You do not battle it. You alchemize it.

My life was not my own.
And I paid the cost of that.
People took from me without replenishing.
My body and mind became a holding place for everyone else’s wants and needs.
Depleted.
I gave a lot and got almost nothing back.
Some part of me believed that nurturing everyone before myself was holy.
In the end I was left with nothing.
I gave away my time, my energy, my body, my money.
I lost my direction because my world was about what others wanted from me β€” not what I needed.
I lost my center. My ground.
I couldn’t tell you who I was.
I said yes even when every cell in my body was screaming no.
Any ounce of sovereignty was trampled.
My sense of self was taken.
Unspoken rules taught me I had to become what others wanted in order to be accepted, loved, and belong.
So I did that. To survive.
I abandoned my own needs so I could stay safe.
Until I wasn’t safe any longer.
When I found healing I was scared and empty.
I had nothing left to give.
I had to find me.
I used alcohol and drugs to stay alive in a world that wasn’t mine.
I starved myself to feel an ounce of control over a self I could no longer find.
You cannot keep yourself while you keep putting everyone else first.
That became my new direction:
How do I become me again?
I started by listening.
This is me. That is them.
Bit by bit I reclaimed my life by setting boundaries β€” not for them, but for me.
For the first time.
It wasn’t going to be easy.
Everyone was used to the watered-down version of me.
But my life depended on it.
I needed my power back.
I needed authority over my own domain.
If you are the woman who has been giving herself away to stay loved,
who says yes while her body is screaming no,
who cannot remember the last time she belonged to herself β€”
this is for you.
You do not have to keep becoming what they need in order to survive.
Your only true power is the one that returns when you listen to yourself first
and honour what you hear.
That is your Sovereignty.
