Ariana Grande, Perez Hilton, and so many other public figures are examples of where we have to become conscious of where our energy is going. The more of your own life force energy you use thinking about somebody else’s life, their choices, their controversies, or what is being shown to you through social media and the news, the more that energy is being directed outward rather than being contained within your own field.

It’s a bit of a catch-22 because we are constantly being presented with distractions and narratives to emotionally invest in, when that same energy could be redirected toward your own internal world, self-realization, healing, and evolutionary expansion. From a higher perspective, the invitation is simply to notice: where is your emotional energy flowing, and is it serving your own growth?

Social media is one of the quickest ways to drain and redirect your abundant life force energy. Every scroll, reaction, judgment, & emotional investment is an energetic exchange.

Leading up to the eclipse, my recommendation is to become intentional with your attention. Spend less time consuming external narratives and more time bringing your energy back into yourself…your inner world, your intuition, your healing, and your expansion. ✨

What I’m talking about here is years of recurring patterns, relationship dynamics, and self-reflection. Learning why you fight, what triggers you, what angers you about them, why you’re not getting along, what you’ve sacrificed, and what they’ve sacrificed. Over time, all of those experiences become a mirror, reflecting back the internal work you’ve been invited to do through your conversations, your connection, and even your physical relationship.

This happens at every level of life: platonic, romantic, familial, and even within your career. Think about the people with whom you’ve reached a place of energetic neutrality, where old patterns no longer pull at you and the emotional charge has softened. Those are often the relationships that reveal just how much inner work has already taken place.
