If your neurotoxin feels like it's wearing off faster than it should, your lifestyle might have something to do with it. π
A few things that can shorten how long your results last:
High intensity exercise. The more you move, the faster your metabolism runs, and a faster metabolism breaks down neurotoxin more quickly. You don't have to stop working out but it's worth knowing.
Stress. High cortisol levels affect how your body processes pretty much everything, and neurotoxin is no exception. Chronic stress is one of the more overlooked reasons results don't hold as long.
Alcohol. It dehydrates the skin, increases inflammation, and affects how your body metabolizes things overall. Regular drinking can absolutely be a factor in why your results aren't lasting as long as you'd like.
Sun exposure. UV damage breaks down the skin and can speed up how quickly your results fade. SPF is always the answer.
Not coming in consistently. This one is big. When you stay on a regular schedule, the muscle learns to stay relaxed between appointments. Skip too long and you're basically starting over every time.
