Last night I had the pleasure of attending a Tarot Basic Workshop by Megan (Reiki Healing and Readings) with one of my very dear friends. I've always had an interest in tarot but Ive only every used Oracle cards because I felt tarot was too strict or there was just too much to memorize. After learning about the cards, their meaning and doing a few readings with others in the class I felt confident and walked away with much more knowledge and insight than I thought I could in 2 hours. The workshop was held at Above Average Yoga and Wellness, where I was able to score a very colorful tarot deck, a new pendumlum (Amazonite with Garnet) and a pocket charm.
