With over 25 years of nursing experience to support your healing journey. After years in healthcare i realized that people require increasing support to maintain their health. I am passionate about helping others to achieve optimal health and what better way than to use my skills 1-1 with clients to provide a personalized plan that are results driven. I have a bachelor degree in Nursing form the U of A and a Master of Nursing from the U of C. I have a variety of experience ranging from Emergency medicine, Mental health (adult and children), research, teaching, industry (devices), diabetes specialty, endocrine specialty (weight loss), chronic disease management. I will support clients in achieving their health and wellness goals integrating my experience, expertise and knowledge. My approach is to use different modalities (TRE, GNM, Attachment theory, blood work, health assessment, brain science) to optimize client's needs. I will be completing my holistic nursing certification and starting my Nurse Practitioner designation in 2025.
