There can be all sorts of reasons that our nervous systems begin overfunctioning, often different reasons for different people. Sometimes its relationships, family of origin, current circumstances, beliefs, inner critics, the list goes on.

Whatever the reasons, it can be pretty uncomfortable when stress, difficulty, worry and anxiety become our most frequently experienced states.

I'm here to help you recalibrate your body, heart & mind, and bring balance & steadiness back into your life. Relief.
